Summer is in full swing, and we're looking forward to another wonderful gathering of creativity, friendship, and inspiration at Saturdays in Stitches at Bennett's.
Whether you're bringing a favorite project, starting something new, or simply looking to spend time with fellow makers, we'd love to have you join us.

Bring your quilting, crochet, knitting, rug hooking, hand stitching, or other fiber arts project and enjoy a relaxing morning of creativity, conversation, and community.
As always, all crafters are welcome—whether you're a seasoned maker or just getting started.
💗 Community Quilt Project – Completely Voluntary
This month we're excited to begin a special community project that will benefit a local cancer charity.
For those who would like to participate, we'll be creating a String Strip Quiltfeaturing the cancer ribbon design. The finished quilt will be donated to support those impacted by cancer.
How You Can Help:
Bring bright-colored fabric scrap strips if you'd like to contribute
Bring your sewing machine and basic sewing supplies
Help piece strip blocks using foundation fabric provided by Dan
Assist with strip cutting
Help square up completed blocks
Assist with quilt construction
The project is designed to be simple and beginner-friendly, making it easy for anyone who sews to participate. Dan will provide the foundation fabric, and Marie will take the completed quilt home to assemble and quilt the finished cancer ribbon design.
Whether you can contribute one block or several, every stitch helps create something meaningful for someone in need.
Please note: Participation in the community quilt project is completely optional. If you'd prefer to work on your own project, that's wonderful too!
